広島・三次の土地を見つめ、品種とクローンを選び、一本一本の樹と向き合う。47品種の葡萄と12種類の台木。その多様性が、Vinoble Vineyardのワイン造りを支えています。In Miyoshi, Hiroshima, viticulture begins with the land, the choice of varieties and clones, and care for each vine. Our collection of 47 grape varieties and 12 rootstocks forms the foundation of our winemaking.

盆地の気候と、
葡萄の可能性。A BASIN.
A DISTINCT CLIMATE.
中国山地のほぼ中央に位置する三次は、標高およそ200mの盆地。葡萄の生育シーズンには昼夜の気温差が大きく、秋には三本の河川の合流と盆地の地形が深い霧を生みます。
Miyoshi lies near the centre of the Chugoku Mountains, in a basin at approximately 200 metres above sea level. The grape-growing season brings marked day-to-night temperature changes, while autumn is known for deep fog associated with the meeting of three rivers and the basin's topography.
朝の冷え込みと霧。その先に広がる晴天。粘土質の土壌には明渠・暗渠による排水改善を施し、三次の土地に合った葡萄栽培を実践しています。
Cool, misty mornings often give way to clearer afternoons. The clay-rich soil calls for drainage improvement, so open ditches and subsurface drainage are part of our approach to growing vines in this place.
